ORTHONOVA is intended for credentialed healthcare professionals for educational purposes only. You agree to use the platform solely for lawful, non-commercial, educational activities and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on ORTHONOVA, including videos, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by ORTHONOVA or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

ORTHONOVA is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content is complete, accurate, or up to date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORTHONOVA and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform.

6. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to ORTHONOVA at any time and without notice for conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, USA.
